Soy Yo is about you living in your truth… you being you. This is one of the most significant powers any individual can learn how to master. Very few of us are born with this ability, so it has to be a skill that can be learned. It takes time, it takes patience, and unfortunately, it takes having experienced a measurable amount of pain to know the lack of power people actually hold.

At the end of the day, people’s impact and effect on our emotions and dispositions are empowered only to the level that we allow. Once we decide to live for ourselves, and our own happiness, we begin to care less about what others think about how we look, dress, sound, or whatever.

This is me!” There are always going to be people to try and stop you for expressing yourself—in this world, if your actions are not causing harm to yourself or others you should be able to find a way to let it keep powering you up.
