This song may be better suited for a summertime playlist, but I really can’t think of a better sound of boredom, at least not personally. The melodic chanting and looped beat lull you into a complacent state. There are points where you think something else is coming, but that’s quickly replaced by the same rhythm you’ve already heard.

I think if I had elevator music, or even hold music for my phone it would be something like this. It’s non-threatening while at the same time hinting at a more engaging feeling. Funny enough this is like the version of boredom known as “calibrating.”

Those who experience calibrating boredom will often find their thoughts wandering and wanting something that differs from their current task, or situation. They’re not exactly sure what they want to be doing, they just know it isn’t this. This type of boredom is often found when one is performing repetitive tasks and yearns for a way to reduce this.

What better day and song to start learning some new video software and 3d rendering.

Lyrics:

No lyrics just, “ahhhhhhs”
